Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times:
- Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days
- Express Delivery: 2–5 business days (if available)
Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location and product availability.
Shipping Charges:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹249 within India. Shipping charges for orders below ₹249 or for express shipping will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping:

Return & Refund Policy
Easy Returns:
We want you to love what you buy from NiviSage. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 5 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
How to Return:
- Email us at help@nivisage.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange for pickup if applicable.
- Once the product reaches us and passes inspection, we will initiate your refund.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and unboxing video. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
Please note- only damaged and wrong item delivered will be replaced/refunded. Unboxing video is mandatory for return/refund
